No, the membership and usage of Drool is free of charge for guests and partners. You solely pay for the tickets, which enables you to attend a Social-Table. In return you'll get a tasty package from the respective partner.
Why do I have to register my email address?
Drool communicates with you through your email address. You get your tickets, your confirmations or any relevant information about your event through your registered mail account. We advise you to register an email account you regularly use.
Do I have to upload my photo?
No. Due to our concern over your privacy you yourself decide if you want to upload a photo or not. The photo is there to give others an indication as to who is going to be there as their neigbour at the Social-Table. It would be desirable to upload a recognizable photo of yourself.
I would like to invite my friends to a Social-Table. Do they have to register as well?
No, not if you are registered. You can choose the number of tickets you want to order under your name. Your guests will be shown as "guests of".
Help, I lost my password. What do I do?
No problem, click on "Login". You will find a link called "Have you forgotten your password?? Click here." After doing so follow the on-screen instructions and you will be able to set a new password with the help of your registered email address.
Is it possible to change my preferences?
Yes, it is. Go to your profile in the profile management section. There you will find your chosen preferences which you can change. Please do not forget to save the changes to your preferences.
Is it possible to change my registered email address?
Yes. Go to "My Dashboard" and then under "personal information". Click the edit button and change your e-mail address. Please save your changes.

No problem. When you upload your profile photo choose the "crop" feature in the photo editor and use the form "quadratic". Choose your preferred area of on the photo and save your masterpiece.

A Social-Table is place where all are welcome. It is for instance a physical table in a restaurant. A partner can offer guests a Social-Table on a specific date and time. A Social-Table allows you to meet and get to know new people while enjoying culinary delights. You get an individualised gastronomy experience where you can get to know your host, learn from his experience and get insights into his industry.

You will be able to enjoy a predefined menu from one of our partners. Personal-Table: We recommend this option for individuals, associations, or firms who want to organise an event with Drool. These events will be hosted by one of our partners or by the catering service.
How does Drool guarantee the high quality of their services?
We aim for quality not for quantity. We evaluate each and every potential Drool partner on predefined criteria. Every Social-Table is reviewed before it's publication. Every guest gets a questionnaire and we use this feedback as well as our own experience to check and if need be act so as to ensure the quality of our services.
Can I enjoy the Drool advantages outside the Drool platform? Alternative: Why should I book with Drool when I can book directly?
No. You will not find the opportunity to make new friends or acquaintances over a fine dining experience except through our Social-Tables. Our partners are encouraged to be creative and offer our guests exclusive dishes and drinks which cannot be found on the menu. You will not find these exclusive offerings outside of our platform, i.e. on a normal visit to the establishment.
Is it possible not to share my table with the public?
Yes ofcourse. You can book a Private-Table for two or four persons. If the Private-Tables on offer do not suit you, then just contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
For which age group is Drool suitable?
Drool is suitable for everyone who enjoys the company of humans. Your age, background or status do not play a role. Exactly these differences are there to be celebrated and make every Public-Table a new and fun experience. We also offer Private-Tables for people who value their privacy and exclusivity.
Is it possible to share my Social-Table with my social network?
Yes. Go to the Details page of your Social-Table of choice and at the bottom of the page click on your social network of choice. Currently you can share on Facebook, Twitter and E-mail.
Are there any mandatory requirements for using Drool?
Yes, to book over Drool you need to be at least 18 years of age and want to experience something new. You also need to own a valid credit card.
Can I join a Social-Table which is sold out?
Maybe. If a Social-Table is sold out, then a "waiting list" button appears. Click on it and you are on a virtual waiting list. Should someone want to cancel their booking at short notice, you will be informed via email. Please note, that the motto is "First come first serve".
Can Drool help me gift my partner an exclusive gift?
Yes, if you can't find any suitable offer on our platform or would like to give and exclusive gift, then please do contact us with your ideas and desires. We and our partners will do what we can to make your wishes come true.
How can I book a place on a sought-after Social-Table?
It's simple. Choose your Social-Table, click on the rectangular box and go to the end at the "Event Detail-Page". Click on the button "Book Ticket" and follow the onscreen instructions.

Can I cancel my tickets?
Yes, if you cancel your tickets upto one week before the Social-Table event, you can get your paid amount minus the transaction costs and possible rounding differences back. If you however cancel your ticket less than one week before the Social-Table event then we cannot reimburse your payment. The reason for this is, that the partner has already started planning the event and it is harder for him to resell your tickets on a short notice.
Can I only cancel some of my tickets?
Yes. Go to your user profile in the bookings section. There you can find the respective event and click on "Cancel Ticket". You can choose how many tickets you would like to cancel.
Can I cancel a Social-Table event as a partner?
Cancellation to events is to be avoided and can only be done for imperative reasons. The cancellation is generally only accepted if BrainLabs is given early notice and no booking has taken place. BrainLabs is further under obligation to refund the users if the requirements are met. The partner has to bear the respective cost of cancellation as well as a processing fee.
How do I offer a Social-Table as a partner?
You can offer your house specialty for example. Just be aware that you have to offer a complete package. This package generally consists of something to eat, to drink and an experience. The drinks should complement and be in tune with the menu. With experience we mean, that you build a rapport with your guests. You can achieve this for instance by telling your guests how you chose today's menu, which ingredients you used or how you got the idea in the first place and what makes it special. If you have the courage and the capacity to do so, then create something totally new which is not on the menu. Also have a look at what other partners are offering, it might just inspire you.
What should a Social-Table include?
A Social-Table has to include at minimum something to eat, to drink and an experience. Additionally enough tap water has to be present on the table at all times and it is an integral part of your offer. Do note, that we as well as your guests have high expectations from your Social-Table. Challenge yourself and surprise us with your latest creations and ideas.

Can I make changes to a publicised Social-Table?
Yes, you may change the contents of your Social-Tables up until at least one user makes a booking. Any change after that is not allowed and your offer becomes binding.
Do I have to offer vegetarian or vegan food?
No. You choose what you want to offer, when you want to offer and at what price. It really all depends on your specialisation. If you are known for your fish specialties then stick with it. However if you have the capacity to offer a good vegetarian or vegan menu, then you can simply reach more customers and that is always a good thing.
Do I have to worry about the ticket handling and payment at a Social-Table?
No. The ticket handling and payment is processed over Drool. Save your time and effort and let us take over your administrative work. You can now fully focus on your guests.
Which type of Social-Tables are suitable for event planers who would like to organise private events?
The Personal-Table is the right choice. We recommend the Personal-Table for event planers who are organising a private event for individuals, associations or firms.

The Public-Table is suited for this occasion. In addition to their own guests event planers can invite other guests from the portal to their event by publicising it on Drool making the event an even greater success.
How do I create a Personal-Table event?
Register yourself as a user. To get to the hosting and catering offers click the menu on the right or under Event-Management and choose the option "Creat Personal-Table". Now follow the onscreen instructions and if you have any questions, then you can chat with us at any time.

No problem. When you upload your Event-Photo, then choose "Crop" in the photo editor and choose the format "7:5". Select the frame of your photo and save your masterpiece.
When does Drool remunerate me for a successfully completed Social-Table event?
BrainLabs will transfer the fee due to you for the Social-Table in question within 30 days after the completion of the respective Social-Table event to the bank account specified by you during registration.
